Schezwan Fried Rice
 
 
Schezwan Fried rice is an Indo-Chinese dish. Schezwan Fried Rice is spicy & rich in color. Schezwan Fried Rice is also one of the quick recipe. Schezwan Fried Rice is a blend of rice with carrots, French beans and spring onion tossed with Schezwan and soy sauce.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice/Leftover Rice
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • ½ cup finely Chopped Spring Onions
  • ½ cup finely Chopped Carrots
  • ½ cup finely Chopped French Beans
  • 2-3 tbsp. Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Chopped Spring Onions for Garnishing
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan or a wok; add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add carrots, French beans and sauté on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add chopped spring onion and sauté for few minutes on high flame, stir occasionally
  4. Add Schezwan sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and sprinkle some water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the rice, salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Schezwan Fried Rice is ready, garnish with spring onion greens.
Notes
• You could use any vegetables like Cabbage, Capsicum, etc...
