Rose Panna Cotta is rich, silky smooth and deliciously super creamy with taste and texture. The unique flavor of rose make this panna cotta royal and classic, that you will crave again and again.

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup Full Fat Milk + 2-3 tbsp Extra
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream/Fresh Cream
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup or Agave Syrup
  • 2 tsp Agar Agar Powder (Vegetarian Gelatin)
  • 1 tsp Rose Nectar/Essence
  • 2-3 Drops of Pink Food Color (opt.)
  • 5-6 Ramekins or Silicone Mold
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl add 2-3 tbsp warm milk and agar agar powder, mix it well and keep aside.
  2. In a saucepan add milk, whipping cream, maple syrup, rose nectar and food color.
  3. Mix all ingredients, heat it on low to medium flame and keep stirring it. Once about to simmer add the soaked agar agar mixture, mix it using hand whisk, and cook it until dissolve it.
  4. Switch off the flame, mix it well, then divide the mixture into the molds. Let it cool down to room temperature, then place it into the freezer and chill for at least 3-4 hours.
  5. Once done, invert into the plates and enjoy chilled.
Notes
You can add beetroot powder or natural pink rose syrup instead of food color.
Use full fat milk and full fat cream to get perfect pink Ombre effect.
