Mango Berry Popsicles
Mango Berry Popsicles are refreshing simple summer treat and very easy to make. Mango Berry Popsicles are healthy and delicious frozen dessert perfect for hot day to keep you hydrated. Popsicles are one of the easiest treats to make at home and perfect for all the summertime outdoor activities.

  • 2-3 cup Mango Cubes
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey(opt.)
  • ½ cup Blackberry
  • ¼ cup Blueberry
  • ¼ cup Raspberry
  • ½ cup Coconut Yogurt
  1. In small blender jar add mango cubes, lemon juice, honey and blend it till smooth puree. keep aside.
  2. Now blend berries and make puree out of it and keep aside.
  3. Add mango puree into the popsicles mold, just fill it till ¾ or half.
  4. Then add 1 tbsp coconut yogurt in each popsicles mold and fill it full with berry layer.
  5. Take a popsicle stick, poke till half and make texture it will make top layer purplish hue. Do not over mix it.
  6. Insert the stick into each mold and froze it or place it inside the freeze till it become hard for about 5-6hrs.
  7. Popsicles are ready, run the mold upside down under the tap water and remove the popsicles easily and enjoy the frozen treat.
• You can just use any berry instead of all three.
• If mango puree is so thick, then adding just a little bit water (1/4) or coconut water to make slightly thin mixture.
• If you don’t have popsicles mold, you can use plastic cups for making popsicles
