Ingredients
1 ½ cup Fresh Red Grapes
¼ cup Chopped Fresh Strawberry
½ Lemon Juice
½ inch Piece of Fresh Ginger
1-2 tsp Honey/1-2 tbsp Sugar
2-3 pinch Salt (optional)
Mint leaves for Garnishing (optional)
½ Cup Crushed Ice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender or juicer and blend it till smooth puree and slushy juicy texture.
Strain the juice using a juice strainer. With the help of spoon press the pulp in the strainer well to drain all the juice and remove the solids.
Now place ¼ level of the crushed ice into the serving glass.
Pour the juice over the ice, garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled grape margarita.
Notes
• Use any kind of seedless grapes for this margarita. • Mix this juice with soda for best taste and serve. • Rim the glass with salt before serving for more Presentable.
